Hi! We’re Elizabeth and Alyssa, the couple behind At Ease Lakefront Pet Care. As lifelong pet lovers and proud Milwaukee locals, we wanted to create a service that feels calm, trustworthy, and truly personal. Pets are family, and we care for every dog and cat with the same attention, affection, and consistency we give our own.
Elizabeth brings a grounded, detail-oriented energy that instantly puts pets at ease. She’s patient, safety-focused, and naturally intuitive with animals—especially the shy or sensitive ones. Alyssa brings the warm, upbeat communication you’ll love: clear updates, tons of photos, and the peace of mind that your pets are happy, safe, and cared for exactly the way you asked.
Together, we combine structure, heart, and a deep love of the lakefront to offer a level of pet care that feels like home. Our goal is simple: when you’re away, you feel at ease—and your pets do too.

What types of animals do you care for at At Ease Lakefront Pet Care?
We care for dogs and cats. Contact us for other pet types.
Are there any breed restrictions for the dogs or cats you care for?
We do not have breed restrictions; however, for the safety and comfort of all pets, we require a meet-and-greet session to assess your dogs temperament and compatibility with other animals.
What are your rates for overnight pet sitting and day care services?
Please click on any of the buttons on the page. They will take you to our booking page so you can see our available dates and rates based on the care your fur babies need.
How early can I book?
We do ask you provide at least 48 hours notice before booking. All new bookings require a meet and greet before booking any official services. We want your pets to feel comfortable with us and we will not solidify any booked services until we've completed the meet and greet.
How long have you been providing services?
Alyssa and Elizabeth have cared for pets for 13 years through various pet sitting applications. We love animals.
Do you send pictures and videos while you're caring for our pets?
Absolutely! We send a mix of both pictures and videos.
Do you administer medications?
Yes, we administer medications as required. Please provide detailed instructions and medications during our meet and greet.
Do you offer pet boarding in your home?
We provide care in your home only. We have our own pup who loves his familiar space, and for the comfort and safety of all animals, we keep everyone in their own environment. Your pet will feel most relaxed at home, and we’re happy to come to you for sitting, feeding, walks, and companionship.
